JB Stump Grinding & Land Management collects only the information you choose to send us — your name, phone number, email address, the location of the work and anything you tell us about the job.
That information is used to prepare your estimate, contact you about it and carry out the work. It is not sold, rented or passed to anyone else for marketing.
Text messaging and mobile opt-in. If you tick the consent box on our estimate form, we may text you about your estimate, scheduling and job updates at the number you gave us. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages, or HELP for help.
We do not share or sell mobile opt-in information, phone numbers, or SMS consent to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for text messaging are used only by us, and only for the purposes described above. The only parties who ever see them are the service providers that deliver the messages and run our customer records on our behalf, and they may not use them for anything else.
Submissions from the estimate form are sent to our own server and to the customer-record system we use to quote and schedule work. They are kept only as long as needed for that.
How we protect your data. The whole site is served over HTTPS, so anything you type into the estimate form is encrypted in transit. Submissions are stored on access-controlled systems that only Jordan and the people who need them to quote and schedule your work can reach, each with their own login. We keep the data only as long as it is needed to quote and complete the work, and we do not hold card or payment details on this site at all. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not keep more than we need and we do not pass it on.
