Estimates are free and are valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise. An estimate given from photographs assumes the access shown is the access available.
Work is scheduled by agreement. Weather and ground conditions can move a date — particularly on saturated ground, where a tracked machine can mark a lawn — and you will be told before the day rather than after it.
Unless agreed otherwise, grindings are raked back into the hole and topped. Hauling them away is quoted separately.
Underground services are the property owner’s responsibility to identify before work begins. Please mark irrigation, low-voltage lighting, invisible fencing, septic components and any private service runs.
Text message program. JB Stump Grinding & Land Management sends text messages to people who ask us for an estimate and tick the consent box on our form. Message types include estimate and quote follow-ups, appointment scheduling and reminders, job status updates, and customer care replies. These are conversational and transactional messages. We do not send marketing blasts.

Who can take part. You must be at least 18 years old to give consent and receive text messages from us. We do not knowingly collect information from, or send messages to, anyone under 18.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your job. Message and data rates may apply — those are set by your mobile carrier, not by us.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. Reply HELP for help, or contact us on the number below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Your number is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell mobile opt-in information or SMS consent to third parties for their marketing.
